Your $99/month EverPrime membership includes all medical provider visits, all nutrition counseling visits, member pricing on eligible medications (giving you savings up to 40% off), and up to 25% off with select brand partners.

Required lab work is included for EverPrime patients, whether or not they are members. If you live in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island, state requirements prevent EverPrime from paying directly for your lab work; instead, we provide a $50 discount to help offset the cost. You may also upload qualifying lab results completed within the past six months for provider review.

Yes. EverPrime members have provider visits included anytime they need them as part of their ongoing care, at no additional cost. Your provider can support treatment questions, follow-up needs, and care-plan adjustments when appropriate.

Medications are priced separately from membership. However, EverPrime members receive member pricing on eligible medications, and applicable costs are shared before you move forward.

Yes. EverPrime accepts HSA and FSA payment for eligible expenses. Your plan administrator determines which services or purchases are eligible under your individual account.

EverPrime members receive up to 25% off with select wellness-minded brand partners. Available offers may change over time and are subject to applicable partner terms.

Yes. You can cancel your EverPrime membership at any time before your next billing cycle. Because membership and treatment plans are paid upfront, payments already made are non-refundable.

Your membership benefits including free medical provider and nutritional coach visits, member medication pricing and brand partner perks will remain available through the end of your prepaid membership term. Once that term ends, future membership renewal fees will be discontinued. If you choose to continue treatment without renewing your membership, future medication renewals will be charged at the applicable non-member price

No. You can select and pay for an EverPrime care plan without a membership. Membership is optional and gives you added value, including all medical provider visits, all nutrition counseling visits, member pricing on eligible medications, and up to 25% off with select brand partners.

Your EverPrime membership is billed upfront based on the length of the treatment plan you select. For example, if you purchase a 3-month medication plan, you will be charged for a 12-month membership at checkout.

Any applicable medication costs are shown separately before you complete your purchase, so you can review the total cost of your care plan upfront.

Because care plans are paid upfront, your member medication pricing remains in effect through your final scheduled shipment under that plan. After your last shipment is sent, any future medication orders will be priced at the applicable non-member rate.
